Dear subscriber, This month I am focusing on paying attention to your insides! Specifically I mean paying attention to your body intuition, your body signals - what is it trying to say to you? What are you hearing? What are you ignoring? Your gut feelings, your body feelings and signals are the pathway to trusting yourself to do what is right for you and your health. We all have them and there’s an activity in this newsletter to get you connected again. We know instinctively what our body needs to nourish it physically, emotionally and spiritually but sometimes our brain, our logic or even our taste buds override what we know at an intuitive level is needed.
